The newsletter and the contact form are in Swedish. Searches made in the site's search box are stored without IP address and without cookies, so that we can see what visitors are looking for. A search cannot be linked to you. You can always email us in English.
When you continue to a booking service
When you click a booking link, you leave hemavan.se. The booking service, for example Booking.com, may then collect data under its own privacy policy and use cookies to record that you came from us. Their cookies and terms apply on their website. We do not receive your personal data from the booking.
Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our web host and our email provider, as data processors. For visitor statistics we use Google Analytics from Google Ireland Limited. Data may then be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We have switched off Google's features for advertising and personalisation.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to ask for processing to be restricted. Email info@hemavan.se. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
